Reviews and Ratings
When we arrived at the hotel, the room had a bit of a musty smell, like a wet dog, but it was great that it was ready earlier than expected. However, for the price we paid, the room felt a bit outdated. The service during our stay was fantastic overall, with extremely nice and helpful staff, but there was one incident when a staff member was rude at the fire pit. The location was convenient, within walking distance to most places needed, although the dining options were limited. Despite this, the hotel is situated near a bay-side beach with some rooms offering stunning bay views.
Staying at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were awesome, although a bit musty at times and the noise from people going up and down was a bit bothersome. The service was a mix of extremes, from being rude at the fire pit to being extremely accommodating for my ill friend. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere easily without worrying about parking. The dining options were simple but yummy, triggering the smoke detector once after a steamy shower. Overall, a great stay with a few hiccups.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was the highlight with beautiful bay views, but the room condition was disappointing. The service was friendly and helpful, providing a comfortable stay but the dining options were underwhelming.
